Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping: 

After placing an order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before items will ship under our shipping method. For expedited shipping, please allow 1-2 business days. 

In most circumstances, orders will ship next day if not same day.


Express (1-2 business days): United States cost is $32.

Standard (3-4 business days): United States shipping cost is $6.95.

Economy (5-8 business days): United States cost is $5. 

*Orders must be placed before 5pm eastern standard in order to be eligible for next business day. 

*Next day and second day shipping options are not available for P.O. boxes.

We offer free shipping for orders over $99.

International Shipping:

For International shipping, costs will be automatically calculated in checkout to reflect the current carrier prices in comparison to final order weight. 

Tequila Moon is not responsible for:

 -Delays with the shipping carrier

 -Damaged, lost, and marked delivered items

    -If you have inquiries about the above, all questions will be directed to the shipping carrier customer support: USPS or UPS

Wrong Address: 

Tequila Moon is not responsible for incorrect address changes or if a package is sent back to us due to having an incorrect address. If the address needs to be changed it is at the customers discretion to reach out to us and if applicable, pay any additional fees if rates change for the correct address. 


Tequila Moon will gladly except any returns on unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items that shipped within the United States for an e-gift card within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on items that ship internationally. 

An e-gift card will be provided once we have received all return items.

Tequila Moon will gladly offer exchanges on the same item you received for a different size as long as that size is in stock.

 Defective Items:

After 5 days of the item being delivered, damaged or defective items will not be eligible for an exchange or e-gift card. 

*Tie-dye, cow print, tooled leather, handbags, and mineral washed items may differ slightly in print/pattern and color as all these items are not created exactly the same. These items are not considered defective if they differ in the above variations from the product picture.
